Every 60-minute SPENGA session includes:

  • 20 minutes of heart-pumping spin
  • 20 minutes of strength training
  • 20 minutes of invigorating yoga

All 3 sections are led by one expert instructor who's with you every step of the way. SPENGA Arlington Ballston offers the perfect 60 minute workout with all 3 pillars of fitness.

Sherry is the Owner of SPENGA Ballston and you can find her at the front desk and instructing weekday mid-day sessions! She loves to play throwbacks to every decade in SPIN and you can usually find one ABBA song in all her playlists! 
 
When not at SPENGA, she's on the golf course, cooking some healthy meals, hanging out with her family of 4 kids and husband Bryan or flying someplace warm!
Emma has been with SPENGA for over two years now! She loves to get to WERK with heavy beat drops and can't wait to have you in her sessions! <3
