Emma Holland

Emma has been with SPENGA for over two years now! She loves to get to WERK with heavy beat drops and can't wait to have you in her sessions! <3

Sherry Ruffing

Sherry is the Owner of SPENGA Ballston and you can find her at the front desk and instructing weekday mid-day sessions! She loves to play throwbacks to every decade in SPIN and you can usually find one ABBA song in all her playlists! 
 
When not at SPENGA, she's on the golf course, cooking some healthy meals, hanging out with her family of 4 kids and husband Bryan or flying someplace warm!
SPENGA's signature 1-hour session that combines 20 minutes of heart-pumping Spinning, 20 minutes of circuit-style strength training, and 20 minutes of revitalizing yoga, to deliver the Best. Workout. Ever!
